1. What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information necessary for managing your academic file and webinar communications:
- Identity & Registration: Name, surname, mobile number (for SMS authentication and class link delivery).
- Academic Data: Online placement scores, writing assignment history, analytical teacher feedback and live class attendance.
- Payment Data: ZarinPal tracking code and invoice status (card details are processed at the Shaparak gateway and never stored by us).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Providing the online class join link (SkyRoom / BigBlueButton / Google Meet) in the learner's dashboard.
- Sending SMS notifications for class schedules, invoice issuance and writing feedback availability.
- Tracking the learner's four-skill progress throughout virtual training sessions.
Confidentiality Policy: Your contact information and records will never be shared with third parties or used for unrelated commercial advertising.
3. Security & Technical Protection
- All site communications are encrypted under the secure SSL/TLS protocol.
- Access to writing documents and assignments is restricted to the learner and their assigned teacher only.
- Passwords are stored using advanced hashing methods in the ASP.NET Core Identity database.
4. Learner Rights
- Learners can access their invoice history, courses and corrected writing files at any time through the dashboard.
- To edit personal details or phone number, learners can use the user panel or contact support.
