Language learners often have questions during their training courses, and these questions have been addressed in the educational guidelines of this academy. Enrollment rules and conditions
Determine the level

The purpose of determining the level is to assess the language proficiency of applicants for enrollment and educational counseling. This assessment is conducted by education managers and academy experts. The level is determined through a 10 to 15-minute verbal evaluation, which can be scheduled in advance or completed using the academy's online level determination system for free. One of the enrollment requirements for the academy is to undergo this level assessment. The level determination result is valid for 40 days at the academy, after which the learner's level will need to be reassessed.

Enrollment conditions

Age categories: children (7-12 years old), teenagers (12-15 years old), and adults (15 years old and above). Attendance must be on time and without delay, with no more than 2 consecutive absences or 4 non-consecutive absences.

Payment

Applicants can enroll by accessing the dashboard, where they can select their level and consult to determine their class schedule. For online payments, they can use a bank or credit card. Alternatively, they can pay in person using the POS system at the Iranian branch.

Pre-enrollment rules

Please make a note of the following information: According to these rules, language learners and those studying the language can enroll during the pre-enrollment period specified in the online system. This allows learners to choose their preferred time and courses before they fill up, up until the end of the pre-enrollment period. Please select the hours and courses that you would like to learn. Note: To avail of all discounts, enrollment must be completed on the pre-enrollment date. Otherwise, it will not be possible to use the discount for term classes.

Cancellation

Refund policy: A payment refund involves returning the payment of a language learner who has enrolled, under specific conditions and according to specific rules. This academy is one of the few institutions that refunds the entire payment without deducting any amount as a penalty, if the conditions are met. Refunds for learners are only possible up to 24 hours before the start of the semester. If learners do not attend the classroom, their payment will not be refunded in any way.

Vacation between semesters

Dear students, you may take a leave of up to 40 consecutive days and return to the classroom at any time within this period to enroll without having to undergo a level assessment. However, if your leave exceeds the specified period, you will need to undergo a level assessment before enrolling.
